Digital Marketing Assistant - Maternity cover

ESTECO SpA is looking for a young and motivated self-starter candidate to join a vibrant and growing organization within the marketing department. 

The role involves exposure to several projects, mainly related to our Software as a Service (Cardanit.com). You will collaborate in implementing digital strategies to help reach internal goals. Your work will include creating digital assets, implementing marketing campaigns and funnels and maintaining online communities.

The contract is a maternity cover.

Duties of the Digital Marketing Assistant include:

• Assisting the Marketing and Communication teams with paid and organic campaigns 

• Coordinating the schedule of all marketing activities with the Marketing Manager

• Drafting marketing emails and contributing to improve engagement email automation funnels for leads, prospects and customers

• Supporting content creation efforts, such as producing infographics and designing social media visuals, with an interest on video editing

• Helping create engaging AEO, GEO and SEO-friendly content for the company’s websites (cardanit.com and esteco.com), such as blog posts, success stories and product pages

• Contributing in website continuous development and improvement in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and with the Web and UX departments

• Maintaining social media accounts

• Ensuring proper usage of brand’s image and tone

• Supporting presence at product and corporate events

• Preparing and conducting surveys/questionnaires to gather customer feedback

• Conducting research on the latest market trends and keywords and developing proposals for effective marketing strategies 

• Analyzing and tracking online marketing metrics

• Communicating with clients and affiliate partners

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2-year experience in a similar position

• Bachelor's degree, with a Marketing scientific background and a strong interest in technology

• Excellent knowledge of the English language

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Confident, dynamic and flexible personality with a learning attitude

• Solid analytical and project management skills

• Strong creative outlook

• Ability to work as a team player

• Strong technical attitude

• Google Workspace

• Ortto or similar marketing automation tool

• Google Ads

• Canva

• Strapi or similar CMS

Additional skills

• AEO, GEO and SEO techniques

• Semrush

• Some apps of the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
