We began adopting Agile practices over 10 years ago — starting with our development team and later expanding across the organization, from production to marketing to accounting. Our structure and processes are designed to give people full autonomy over their work. This methodology helps reduce costs and production times while increasing quality. Our ultimate goal is full customer satisfaction, not just contract compliance.

Once a year, we align our global offices and address key topics to keep everyone informed and engaged with the company's direction.
Venture Days
Our internal hackathon. Employees from all the offices and teams can work together on self-managed projects — sharing their ideas and passions, and turning them into lines of code.
Summer Party
Since Summer 2022, we’ve come together in person once a year to celebrate the people of ESTECO with a fun, informal day in the surroundings of Trieste.
