Job description
Hello! At ESTECO S.p.A. we are always seeking talented and motivated people who want to work with us. We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our office in Trieste (Italy).
You will be responsible for designing and developing our products, with technologies including Java and web frameworks and languages (Angular, TypeScript, Sass, etc).
You will work in a structured Agile team (Scrum) developing web applications and ensuring the quality of our code with advanced practices such as pair programming, unit tests, e2e tests and tech reviews.
We follow Agile principles to guarantee continuous delivery and continuous integration with tools such as Jenkins.
We are working on a Cloud solution using the most modern technologies such as Kubernetes to satisfy market requirements.
You will be trained and assisted during the entire onboarding process by senior developers who will help you grow and become fully autonomous.
The job term is a one-year fixed-term contract, then converted to permanent.
European citizenship is required
You will be able to:
Exploit your knowledge on technologies
Learn new technologies and concepts about product development
Give your active contribution to the design and implementation of our applications
Interact with local and international colleagues of our Italian, USA, German and Indian offices
Job requirements
What we need to see🔧:
MSc, BSc, Laurea or university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related
Knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java and TypeScript are our preferred languages)
Intermediate knowledge of English
Good approach to problem-solving
Basic teamwork experience
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ways to stand out from the crowd (optional skills)🔝:
Git or other versioning systems
Working experience with Java or Angular
Test-Driven Development or other testing techniques
Knowledge of Database systems (relational or NoSQL)
Knowledge of cloud environments and architectures (Kubernetes, Azure)
