Job description

ESTECO India is looking for a motivated and dynamic Administrative Assistant to join the expanding team in Pune office. Duties will include administrative and human resource related activities to ensure streamlining and maintaining of office, admin, accounting, marketing and human resource processes.


Your main activities will include:

  • Managing employee Expense and Documentation
  • Managing employee travel booking 
  • Coordinating with accounting agency – 
    • to ensure monthly and quarterly statutory return filing and record keeping for the same
    • for monthly bank reconciliation, finance MIS
    • Payroll Processing and Leave Management
  • Coordinating with head office and accounting agency for sales and purchase invoice management
  • Managing office supplies and vendor 
  • Coordinating team building and training events for employees
  • Managing customer License request and issue 
  • Planning and coordinating for marketing events 



Required skills

  • Prior experience in a software product company desirable
  • Knowledge of accounting and human resource principles and practices
  • Good communication, presentation and documentation skills
  • Excellent people skills, specifically ability to collaborate
  • Proactive and go getter attitude
  • Attention for detail and passion for perfection
  • MS Office / Excel knowledge essential
  • Invoices, receivables, records management
  • Must own 2wheeler as job may involve a bit of local travel

Experience and Education

  • B. Com / M. Com
  • 2-3 Years of relevant experience
